this address is "Superiority of Sanitary Measures Over Quarantines".
Includes a couple of illustrations. Most interesting subject matter, wherein the
author advocates using sanitary measures to prevent the spread of disease. This
was an early voice for these measures in the medical community, as not as much
was then known about germs and the spreadof infectious diseases. $50.00
