1. Beauchamp, William Martin. Aboriginal Chipped Stone Implements of New York. Bound together with "Polished Stone Articles Used by the New York Aborigines Before and During European Occupation". Albany, New York: University of the State of New York, 1897. Both titles bound together in a beautiful black half-leather binding raised bands on the spine and marbled paper boards and leather spine and corners. There is light wear only to the spine edges and corners. The deluxe binding and beautiful condition. Numerous illustrated plates. $95.00

2. Chapman Publishing Company. Portrait and Biographical Record of Seneca and Schuyler Counties, New York. New York & Chicago: Chapman Publishing Company, 1895. Full brown leather binding. There is quite a bit of wear, rubbing and some scuffing to the spine edges and the covers. The corners are rubbed through and bumped. There is a small split to the front joint, measuring about 2.5 inches. $90.00

3. L. P. Crary. A DIRECTORY FOR THE CITY OF BUFFALO; CONTAINING THE NAMES AND RESIDENCE OF THE HEADS OF FAMILIES AND HOUSEHOLDERS, IN SAID CITY. Buffalo: L. P. Crary, 1932. Facimile of rare 1832 edition. Shis facsmile edition is limited. This copy has a presentation slip signed by the printer. $22.50

4. L.H. Nelson Company. VIEWS OF CONEY ISLAND. Portland, Maine: L. H. Nelson Company, 1906. 32 pages. Oblong red paper covers. The title is in raised gold lettering on the front cover. The top of the spine has a chip of the paper missing, measuring less than an inch. There is also a smaller chip in the middle of the spine. A few soiled spots to the covers and a couple of creased spots to the top of the front cover. Stapled binding is secure and the pages are clean and tightly bound. One page has a small tear to the margin and a couple of pages have fingerprint smudges at the edges. A very scarce viewbook, with black-and-white photographs with accompanying descriptive text on each page. Some great early photographs of Coney island. $125.00

5. Lossing, Benjamin J. THE HUDSON, FROM THE WILDERNESS TO THE SEA. New York: Virtue & Yorston, 1866. 464 pages. Shelf wear to binding and rubbing to spine and corners. Corners are rubbed through. Lhe edges of the spine are slightly frayed. $35.00

6. Mrs. Martha J. Lamb. History of the City of New York:  Its Origin, Rise, and Progress. Volume 2 only. New York & Chicago: A. S. Barnes and Company, 1877. 820 pages. This is volume II (2) only of the set. 1877 printing. Original maroon cloth covers show quite a bit of shelf wear to the edges. The corners are rubbed through and bumped and there are a couple of small strips and chips missing to the spine edges. The front hinge has some cracks, but is holding. The text block is sound and the pages are clean and tightly bound. $49.95

7. Pennell, Joseph. The Great New York. Le Roy Phillips, 1920. No date of publication, but appears to be circa 1920. Illustrated paper over boards, with a photograph on the front cover. There is chipping to the edges of the paper. The paper on the back cover is missing, but the board remains. Some scattered foxing to the text. The book contains tipped-in illustrations of New York City, with descriptive text. $25.00
