The book views him as a buffoon and a minor nuisance on the world stage. At that time, it wold have been difficult to predict or understand Hitler's capacity for evil and atrocity. $80.00

Mr. Nielsen lived in Brigham City, Utah for many years until his death in March of 2007. I was acquainted with him and was in his home on several occasions. $125.00

37. Smith, Judson MacIvor. THE STORY OF A REGIMENT. The Twenty-First United States Infantry. Honolulu, Hawaii, Advertiser Publishing Co.: 1940. Some wear and rubbing to spine and corners, else G+. Some paint stain spots on covers. A couple of pages have a crease down the edge from being bent and folded over. Very scarce history of the U.S. 121st Infantry. This book recounts their long history from the early 1800's, through the Civil War and through World War I. It ends with photographs and a description of their base of operations on Pearl Harbor in Hawaii. An interesting publication, as the book was printed in 1940, just a year before Pearl Harbor was attacked. One line in the book says that Pearl Harbor will be safe for the American battle fleet "so long as Pearl Harbor is protected, and no longer". $110.00
