There is some chipping to the paper at the bottom of the spine and a smaller amount the top of the spine. The corners have some creases there are some rubbed spots to the covers. The binding is tight and the pages are clean. Overall a very nice copy of this early tennis instructional guidebook. Numerous photographic illustrations. $20.00

Numerous photographic illustrations, showing various games, exercises and other activities for school-age girls. $75.00

The top and bottom of the spine have some chipping to the paper. A couple of stains on the front and back covers. The pages are clean and tightly bound. With numerous photographic and drawn illustrations demonstrating the various figure skating moves and positions. $30.00

There was a small amount of water contact to the top edge of the text block, resulting in slight bleed-through on to the top edges of a few of the pages and inside the back cover. The dust jacket has chips and tears to the edges, and a larger chip missing from the back panel. Scarce in dust jacket. $15.00

With numerous photographs. This is a wonderful early book on sprinting strategy and technique. It is so remarkably different from modern-day methods and provides a good historical reference for the sport. Very scarce. $55.00

A few initial pages have a couple of small chips to the edges of the paper. The binding is tight and overall this is a very nicely preserved. $45.00

The binding is tight and the contents are complete. Overall a sound copy. Includes several woodcut illustrations and diagrams explaining the rules and strategies of the game of croquet.
