The edges of the text block show smoke damage. This book obviously survived a fire. There really isn't any water damage to the book, just darkening to the portions of the covers and edges of the pages. A scarce history of the southern Alberta, Canada LDS homestead settlement. With numerous photographs and historical sketches. Includes information on the Benjamin F Johnson family from the 1880's. $100.00
