E.P. Dutton & company: 1923. 161 pages. Second printing. Original yellow
cloth covers and show some soiling and wear to the edges of the corners and
spine. Small frayed spot in middle of spine from small puncture to the cloth,
but not serious. A couple of pages have a small tear and crease from being
folded at the edges. The binding is tight. A very scarce title. $125.00
