RESOLUTIONS AND MEMORIALS PASSED AT THE SEVERAL ANNUAL SESSIONS OF THE
LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY OF THE TERRITORY OF UTAH...1855. Salt

board covers with original brown leather backstrip spine. The covers are worn
and rubbed through at the edges and corners. There is some wear to the spine
edges and a tiny chip or two from the leather at the bottom of the spine, but

Text block is sound. There is a dampstain line across most of the pages, but it
is faint on most of the pages. Pages 255-258 have some ink notations and there
are a few paragraphs that are crossed out with an "x". These are in
19th-century ink and appear to be revisions or corrections to the text by an
original or early owner. One page 253 there is a pencil line through a line that
reads "one-half percent" and a pencil notation is written above it
that reads "1/4 of one percent", so I'm thinking that the markings on
the subsequent four or five pages are also corrections in the same hand. A rare
and early Utah Territorial imprint, especially in this nice of condition. Some
soiling to title page. Wear and slight dog-earring to some page edges. Small
tears and chips to a few pages, not affecting text. A rare Utah Territorial
